Career Services assists students in a variety of ways through the process of picking a major or career including utilizing assessments (skills, interest, and personality), career research, networking and job shadowing to support students.
GNST 201 is a semester-long course exploring what makes you, you, and finding the major and career fields that fit you best. Taught by the career services director, and introduces students to the use of assessments to learn about career choices, successful job search techniques, and improving networking skills. Work one-on-one with a career counselor find majors and careers suited to your skills, interests and personality.
