The Office of the Registrar supports the academic mission of Emory & Henry College by providing the campus with accurate, timely, and cost-effective services related to: the enrollment, registration, and graduation of all current Emory & Henry students; the implementation, enforcement, and monitoring of academic and administrative policies related to the academic record; the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of the academic records for past and current students; the development and dissemination of course-related information; and classroom management.
The Emory & Henry Academic Catalog is updated annually and made available to students in July. Catalogs from the past for years are made available online for student reference.
The Office of the Reigistrar maintains the College's official academic calendar — add/drop dates, final exam schedules and online registration dates are posted to calendar.
The Office of the Registrar aids students with a variety of tasks related to their academic careers and assists students with obtaining proof of enrollment, GPA evaluations and obtaining academic transcripts.
The Registrar's Office maintains an online directory of downloadable forms used by students. Forms are arranged alphabetically and can be downloaded to the students' computers.
The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of Wiley Hall with Financial Aid and Students Accounts in the Centralized Students Assistance Office.
