Office of International Education

International programs enrich the learning experience as students become engaged with other cultures, belief systems, languages and customs. Regardless of major, international experiences contribute to the success of students and add to what they bring to the academic program. Emory & Henry students have access to over 150 study abroad programs in more than 40 countries through partnerships with 10 different study abroad organizations. Qualified students spend a semester or summer abroad, or participate in Emory Abroad courses -- short-term international programs led by Emory & Henry faculty. For more photos and information, visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/EHCStudyAbroad.

In 2011, recent Emory & Henry graduate Jess Daddio traveled to the Amazon through NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) - a unique study abroad program that caters to the more adventuristic student.  Below is a video documenting her time abroad in South America.

Programs

Study abroad opportunities developed by the E&H Office of International Education offer a variety of meaningful learning and service experiences abroad. Emory Abroad courses and semester or summer programs are available every year. All E&H study abroad programs are open to any student -- regardless of major.

Student Resources

The Office of International Education maintains information on scholarships for students studying abroad to help with expenses related to airfare, passports, visa fees, etc, as well as information for students (and their parents) preparing for or interested in study abroad.
