Jonathan Lessman (E&H '00) is using his skills and time to help veterans with injuries.

CPT(R) Jon Lessmann retired from the Army after serving 14 years and 6 combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Now Jon is a Pro staffer for HT Rods and works with The Safari Club International, Warriors and Quiet Waters foundation, Outdoor Without Limits, Licking River Outfitters, and Hero's on the Water to provide outdoor adventures in hunting and fishing to wounded service members. Les says the work is really important for improved mental health for veterans. "There are 22 suicides by Veterans everyday and I want to see this trend stop. I have received help from these organizations after my injuries, and the services that these organizations can offer to injured service members is remarkable to help them recover from their injuries. Now I want to give back to my fellow service men and women."
