Emory & Henry College offers several awards to recognize the achievement of alumni and faculty. The awards are based on service to humanity, overall distinguished achievement, participation in college activities, achievement during the first 15 years out of college, and excellence in teaching.
Emory & Henry College offers five different awards that include the Looney Humanitarian Award, the Distinguished Achievement Award, the Fred Selfe Distinctive Service to Emory & Henry Award, the A.L. Mitchell Outstanding Young Alumnus Award, and the James A. Davis Faculty Award.
Nominations for Distinguished Alumni Awards are due by January 1 in any given year. When nominating an alumnus/a please share as much information as possible about the candidate.
