Join Us for the inaugural Civic Innovation Institute at Emory & Henry College—for faculty, staff and community partners who frequently utilize student volunteers, or would like to start hosting student volunteers. The Institute, hosted by the Appalachian Center for Civic Life, seeks to build and strengthen the relationships between community organizations, faculty and staff and increase capacity for both organization staff and college faculty to carry out their important work.

The inaugural Civic Innovation Institute at Emory & Henry College is for faculty, staff and community partners who frequently utilize student volunteers, or would like to start hosting student volunteers. The Institute, hosted by the Appalachian Center for Civic Life seeks to build and strengthen the relationships between community organizations and faculty and staff and increase capacity for both organization staff and college faculty to carry out their important work.

Sessions will be geared to both faculty and non-profits and government partners.

This event in completely free for faculty, staff and community organizations, but space is limited and registration is required.
