Emory & Henry Places Three on All-ODAC Teams

Emory & Henry announces that three fall sport athletes were chosen as all-conference performers in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.  Two freshmen soccer players and one sophomore volleyball player received honors.

Sarah Sikkelee was an Honorable Mention selection in Women’s Soccer.  Sikkelee a freshman forward from Greenville, S.C., led the team with 2 game winning goals and ranked 2nd in points (12), goals (5) and assists with (2). She also led the team with 49 shots.  The Wasps Women’s Soccer team finished the season at 3-12-2.

Sebastian Marley was selected as an Honorable Mention All-ODAC performer in Men’s Soccer.  Marley, a freshman midfielder from Worcester, England, led the team in shots on goal with 12 and he scored 2 goals for the Wasps.   The team finished the season at 1-13-2.

Sophomore middle hitter, Kim Caudill, was selected as Honorable Mention All-ODAC in Volleyball.  Caudill, from Galax, Va., led the team in points (3.39/game) and blocks (1.02/game), and ranked second on the team in kills (2.52/game) and in hitting percentage (.282).  An accounting major, Caudill was named 1st Team All State, Region Player of the Year, and SWD Player of the Year two times during her high school volleyball career.   The Wasps finished the season at 10-17 overall.
