Firefighter for a day
Emory & Henry College will host a demonstration about what life is like as a firefighter or first responder by the Glade Spring rescue squad and the Meadowview volunteer fire department Monday, April 11, from 3-6 p.m. in front of Van Dyke Hall. They will talk with students about careers as an EMT/firefighter as well as present examples of techniques such as the Jaws of Life. Members of the campus and community are invited to attend this interactive and intriguing exhibition!
