Emory & Henry College welcomes all prospective junior student-athletes to campus Saturday, April 21, for the institution’s first-annual Junior Student-Athlete Day.
Not only will prospective students and families hear testimonials from current E&H student-athletes on their experiences, but they also will be able to talk one-on-one with head coaches from Emory & Henry's 13 NCAA Division III programs.
Dr. Rosalind Reichard, the president of Emory & Henry, will deliver the morning message. Additionally, E&H admissions counselors will lead breakout sessions for students, focusing on the application process, scholarships and financial aid.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Later that afternoon, the E&H softball team will be in action against Sweet Briar College. Admission is free for the double-header, which starts at 2 p.m.
Registration for Junior Student-Athlete Day begins at 8:30 a.m., with the program starting at 9:30 a.m. on Bob Johnson Court inside the College’s King Center.
