Support E&H: The Annual Fund Deadline Draws Near
Time is running out to put your power into action this fiscal year with a gift to Emory & Henry College’s Annual Fund.
With the end of the 2011 fiscal year approaching on June 30, you have the power to support a student’s education, advance your school’s reputation and contribute to an institution that is nationally recognized for its service to citizens and communities.
The E&H Annual Fund supports the most pressing needs of the College and provides an environment for students to be inspired, mentored and challenged by supporting scholarships, student activities, classroom technology, facilities maintenance and upgrades, and E&H faculty and staff. (Learn more about the Annual Fund.)
There are two main reasons why your gift to the Annual Fund is significant: While very large donations are important to a college, it is the multitude of small and medium-sized gifts that provide additional funds to departments and special projects. Your gift, combined with thousands of others, makes it possible for Emory & Henry to fulfill its mission. Secondly, your gift – regardless of its size – attracts gifts from others.
A gift to the E&H Annual Fund is an investment in your college community. Because you and other E&H alumni treasure this institution and its values, Emory & Henry is ranked among the top 5 percent of the nation’s more than 3,800 colleges and universities in the percentage of alumni contributing annually.
Currently, $543,105 has been raised toward an Annual Fund goal this year of $650,000. As you can see, we still have a ways to go before we meet this important goal.
Help Emory & Henry complete the challenge by making a gift to the Annual Fund today. It’s is easy and rewarding.
