Saturday, October 12, 8:30am
Prospective students and their families are invited to Emory & Henry College's first Fall Visit Day on Oct. 12.
Fall Visit Day is a great opportunity for future students to tour the historic E&H campus, meet with current students and award-winning professors, and learn more about the College's personalized admissions process, including financial aid.
Events begin at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast and end with a complimentary lunch. Guests are encouraged to stay and experience various academic, co-curricular and student life events throughout the day.
Following a welcome message from E&H President Jake Schrum, prospective students will have the opportunity to gain insight into academic life at Emory & Henry from Dr. David Haney, vice president for academic affairs and dean of faculty. Students will learn about the E&H faculty, which is among the most-honored groups of professors in the nation, and how we help our students succeed and grow both personally and professionally.
Prior to lunch, professors, staff and current students will be available to talk with prospective students about academic programs, careers, and extracurricular activities.
Register online or call the E&H admissions office at 1.800.848.5493 to sign-up for Fall Visit Day.
The day also will feature several home athletic matches in volleyball, football and men’s soccer. In addition, the E&H Theatre Department presents Talley’s Folly at 7:30 p.m. in the E&H Studio Theatre.
