Volunteers Needed For Habitat For Humanity Build Days

The Appalachain Center for Community Service is organizing groups of volunteers for the construction of the Habitat for Humanity house in Glade Spring (Learn more about the Habitat for Humanity home).

The Center is looking for groups to work on the following Saturdays:

March 17
March 24
March 31
April 7
April 14
April 21

The hours for build days are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a break for lunch. Groups of 15 (20 max) are preferred. Groups with more than 15 volunteers can split the day, allowing for more group members to participate. Full and half-days are also available for groups able to work on a Thursday or Friday.
