As team captain I have been provided the Intramural Policies and disseminated these policies to team members. My team understands the policies and agrees to abide by them. Further, I understand that I am fully responsible for the eligibility and conduct of my team members. Due to the inherent risk involved in participation, I have informed my team members the possibility of injury exists and have advised them to obtain health insurance and a medical exam before participating. I also informed them participation in an intramural event is voluntary and Emory ∓ Henry College will not be held liable for damages or injuries.
