Biography
Professor Macione is the former President of King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE:KG). He also previously worked as an attorney in a law firm and as a CPA in the tax department of KPMG. Professor Macione is a licensed attorney in Virginia and Tennessee and a licensed CPA in Mississippi.
