It's decision time.
We are at a crossroads. Making our vision a reality to secure Emory & Henry's place among the very finest liberal arts colleges in the nation demands decisive action on plans for two important projects that will help define the future of our great school. These plans involve the community, alumni, faculty, staff, and students.
The campaign for a new center for the arts and a renovated athletic stadium is meant to connect the college with the community like nothing we've done here before. These facilities will allow us to give our exceptional students the best venues in which to learn, perform and compete. They will also allow us to showcase our students to the community, while they help the college serve as a center for community events.
In the area of the arts, we have talented students and faculty members who work hard to put together professional productions. The evidence of success is seen on the world stage. We also have talented student athletes who put heart and soul on the line to compete for the love of the game. For our future enrollment, it is crucial to have facilities that will provide the experience students expect when they attend an institution that has been designated a "College of Distinction."
Our rich heritage is deeply rooted in the community. What we plan, we plan together. What we accomplish, we will accomplish together.
Don't miss the opportunity to be part of the campaign. Much depends on an outstanding performance at this exciting time in our history.
