Dr. Adam Wells is an Assistant Professor of Religion and Director of Foundations I at Emory & Henry College.  He received his Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia (2012), his M.A.R. in Biblical Studies from Yale Divinity School (2007), and his B.A. in Philosophy (with honors) from Wake Forest University (2001). Dr. Wells specializes in comparative religion, particularly philosophical issues surrounding inter-religious dialog and scriptural interpretation in the Abrahamic traditions.  His recent work focuses on the "theological turn" in phenomenology.
