"The RA position is so important because it not only allows me to help others in a college environment, but it also allows me to become a better leader and individual in ways I never thought possible. I also am able to become a part of the growing process college provides as I watch my residents learn more about themselves. The best part about being an RA, for me, is the connections I make with so many of my classmates that I might never have made if I hadn’t become a Resident Advisor."
-- Dylan Johnson, Head Resident Advisor and Student Government President
