Theological Table Talk: Rev. David Jackson



In the month of St. Valentine’s Feast Day, David Jackson will lead us in consideration of the most important topic of Community.  Partly based on experiences with a new worship experience in the Emory United Methodist Church, this topic is a vital one for churches.

Each month, Theological Table Talk takes provides a place for "kitchen table" theologians to discuss  topics relevant  to ministry, life, and learning with a [leader of the faith community at Emory & Henry] Emory & Henry professor.

Everyone is welcome!

Participants may bring lunch or purchase a boxed lunch* at the College for $10. (Lunch must be ordered no later than 5 pm on the Wednesday before each gathering by emailing Mary K. Briggs at gR4u/|qZJ5VCeUyM]#[U=qhsdYNau?}n7^C.) Reservations are appreciated but not necessary for participation.

*Boxed lunch sandwich options include Spicy Italian, Ham and Swiss, Turkey and Cheddar, Roast Beef and Provolone, and Grilled Portobello and Provolone. Also included will be pasta salad, baked chips, a piece of fruit, dessert, and a drink.
