Byars Hall

Byars Hall, the oldest academic structure on campus, underwent extensive renovations in 2008.  Not only did this $7 million project modernize offices and classrooms, it also added energy-efficient light and HVAC equipment.  Byars received a LEED Silver Certification.

Wiley Hall

Like Byars, Wiley Hall is another historic building that has been extensively renovated.  New lighting, HVAC equipment and controls, and low-flow plumbing fixtures were all added, resulting in a LEED Silver Certification.
