Admission Events

Admission events are a great way to engage with our college campus. We encourage you to find the admissions event that is right for you, we have many to choose from.

We are abiding by safety standards to ensure our campus tours are safe and enjoyable. Limited on-campus tours will be available Monday-Friday. We also are continuing to offer other flexible visit options available to meet your needs! 

  • Open House

    Experience Emory & Henry at our Blue & Gold Open House! We’ve got a fun and informative event with sessions geared towards both students and their families. Learn about our academics and 27 areas of study, campus life at Emory & Henry, the admissions process, and financial aid opportunities. Then take a campus tour with our Student Ambassadors and hear from current students about campus life. After the tour join us for our Academic & Campus Life fair to meet with department faculty and student organizations. Lunch for the student and two guests is on us!

  • Transfer Admission Events

    Learn why Emory & Henry College is the right place for you to achieve your academic and personal goals as a transfer student. For students looking to transfer to Emory & Henry College, you can earn up to $20k in Merit Scholarships! 

    Stop by our Transfer Fairs and discuss transfer opportunities with an Emory & Henry College Transfer Admissions Counselor.

     

  • Virginia Private College Week (July 26 - July 31)

    Add Emory & Henry College to your list of outstanding private colleges to visit in person or remotely during this special week in Virginia! A tour of our beautiful historic campus and an admissions information session will be held from 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 9:00 am Saturday, and one evening virtual session. You will learn about the college, our application process, academic & extracurricular programs and financial aid opportunities. During the week we will also have available pre-recorded videos, from areas across campus, that you can view at your leisure.

    Show up and show off your talents during one of these audition/interview days. Scholarship opportunities are available to current high school seniors who have applied for admission. Learn more about our Performance and Affinity Scholarship Programs.

    Admitted students! Experience Emory & Henry like you are already a student. Sit in on classes, meet current students and faculty, and enjoy local food and campus activities that evening! 

  • Virtual Academic & Student Success Sessions

    Join the Emory & Henry campus community as we discuss Academics, Campus Life, and Student Success. Individual Q&A sessions with faculty, staff, and students will be offered over the course of the Spring semester.
