Stinger’s Supply Shelf
The newly rebranded, Stinger’s Supply Shelf is a free resource for all E&H students, especially those who do not have enough food, supplies, or funds. Here students can pick up a meal, snack or the ingredients to prepare a meal with no questions asked. A wide variety of toiletries, personal hygiene products, and school supplies are also available. Any student can access the Stinger’s Supply Shelf.
The Stinger’s Supply Shelf is located just inside the Van Dyke Center, at the end of the building closest to the football field and the van Vlissingen Center. It is open seven days a week during all hours when Van Dyke is open (7am to 8pm). There is a range of food available including beverages, snacks, fresh fruit, and refrigerated or frozen food and meals which can be reheated. Availability of different items varies.
Everyone accessing the Stinger’s Supply Shelf must follow all E&H COVID-19 prevention protocols including physical distancing, wearing face coverings and hand washing and sanitizing. Only one student at a time is allowed in the Stinger’s Supply Shelf. Before leaving, please sanitize all surfaces you touched.
Outside food donations for the Stinger’s Supply Shelf are not being accepted at this time. Sodexo is providing all of the food, but there are other ways for you to donate.
If you would like to contribute monetarily to the Stinger’s Supply Shelf please go to the E&H Giving Page, select “Other” in the dropdown menu, then type in “Stinger’s Supply Shelf.”
