The number of non-essential visitors to campus will be limited as much as possible – especially with individuals who are not from the local geographic area.

Admission Tours, Visits and Open Houses and Athletic In-Person Recruiting have started on a limited basis. Detailed information for admission campus visits can be scheduled here.

All visitors must wear a proper face covering and practice physical distancing while on College property, whether indoors or outdoors, and in public.

All visitors, by visitation only, of the community are also responsible for complying with the rules, standards, and procedures as outlined in the Return to Campus planning.

Updated Game Day Spectator Plans Announced

The Emory & Henry College Department of Athletics, in conjunction with the College’s COVID-19 task force, has announced a revised attendance policy starting Monday, March 1 for all home outdoor sporting events during the 2021 spring semester. These limited attendance policies affect baseball, softball, men’s and women’s soccer, and men’s and women’s tennis home athletic events. Read the entire update here.

Indoor Sports

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) has announced that there will be no spectators permitted at indoor sports during the spring semester of 2021. This policy will apply to basketball, indoor track & field, swimming, volleyball, and wrestling.

New enhanced streaming availability will provide updated viewing options.

McGlothlin Center for the Arts

The McGlothlin Center for the Arts will be canceling and tentatively rescheduling all fall events. Virtual exhibitions are on display in the MCA Art Gallery.

Kelly Library

Kelly Library building is open only to current College faculty, students, and staff.

Community patrons and the general public are welcome to borrow materials through their home library (WCPL, King University, or TCPL) and are welcome to call or ask for reference assistance via Library Help.
