Serve Your Global Community

Each year, Honors Scholars have access to over 150 study abroad programs in over 40 countries through Emory & Henry College. In addition, the Honors Program offers a Spring trip to Greece to study classical history and literature in conjunction with the Honors Great Works in Context course on The Iliad.  Through faculty support and the Personal Academic Stipend Fund, we are able to send students abroad for both semester and short term studies.

In just the last four years, over 20 Emory & Henry Honors Scholars have spent semesters abroad in France, China, Scotland, Ireland, England, Brazil, India, New Zealand, and Morocco, and over 50 Scholars have traveled to Belize, Germany, Brussels, Greece, India, and Dominican Republic on short term studies.
