Schedule an on Campus Recruiting Visit

Thank you for your interest in an on-campus visit to Emory & Henry College to network and/or share information about your company/school/organization with our students. To request an on-campus visit, please complete the information below and submit for approval. Please submit forms no later than one week before your planned event to allow adequate preparation time. You will receive an email confirmation once your visit logistics have been finalized, including parking directions.

Types of Visits: 

 Information Table

1. A six or eight foot table with chairs will be set up in a specified location on campus (based on your target audience) and for a specified length of time so that students can stop by at any time during your visit. For example, you could host an information table in one of the academic building lobbies from 11:00AM until 2:00PM, so students could stop and speak with you between classes.

  Information Session AND/OR Meet & Greet

2. A room will be reserved in a specified location on campus and for a specific time. The information session could be in the form of a networking reception (students stop in as they have time) or as a formal presentation (students come and stay for the duration of the event).  For example, you could reserve a room from 6:00PM – 7:00PM and present your organization’s information from 6:00-6:30PM and have time for questions and answers at the end.  Emory & Henry College has their own food service provider (Sodexo), so if you would like to provide food for students, this can easily be arranged.

 3. Other

For planning purposes, the following is a class schedule which does not include evening classes or labs.
