Emory & Henry Invites High School and Transfer Students to Spring Events

Emory & Henry College announces its spring admission events schedule starting on Saturday, February 12, 2022 for high school students and families as well as transfer students deciding where to pursue their education this fall.

Admission events are held on the Emory & Henry College campus off I-81, exit 26 and participants receive valuable information, a free t-shirt and meal as well as a discount to browse The Merc bookstore and gift shop.

Through the interactive sessions presented by a variety of admission and student success staff, families receive a first-hand look into student life on campus, discover E&H academic programs, and learn the value of an E&H education that prepares students for in-demand professional careers. One recent student visitor commented that their favorite part of the open house was getting to know the faculty and staff while experiencing the overall atmosphere of the college.

Student ambassadors guide campus tours showing academic buildings and residence halls. A parent who recently visited campus provided valuable insight regarding the program mentioning how campus tour guides were very welcoming and immediately put their daughter at ease. By visiting, students and families have the opportunity to meet with academic department faculty, and student-led organizations and to enjoy a meal on campus in the Van Dyke Center. Dedicated counselors in the admissions office are available to discuss the steps to enroll as well as generous financial aid and scholarships that are available to all E&H students.
