by Tyler Segraves
Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.

Brinley Thomas of Farmville, Va. will graduate on May 7, 2022, with a bachelor’s degree in Equine Studies and minors in Animal Science and Biology. Thomas was involved with Tri-Beta Society, Blue Key Society, American Chemical Society, and the Intermont Equestrian IHSA and IDA teams.

Thomas will help run the E&H Summer Equestrian camps and then will work at Spy Coast Fram in Lexington, Ky. following her graduation from Emory & Henry College. She also is pursuing furthering her education at veterinary school. “While at Emory & Henry I have been able to be a part of so many invaluable experiences that I could not have been a part of at any other college or university,” Thomas said. “The equestrian program has further developed my love for horses and shaped me into the well rounded individual and student I am today.”
