Diego Zamarripa is eager to change the world
Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.
Diego Zamarripa, class of ’23, of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico has earned Bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Biology and Political Science at Emory & Henry.
“Since I was a kid, I have wanted to make history in this world, and I will make it,” Zamarripa said. “I joined the Peace Corps team, eager to change the world for a better tomorrow. Today, I am preparing myself to serve in the Peace Corps as a Community Economic Development Facilitator in Fiji.”
Zamarripa is President of Beta Lambda Zeta, Senator of the Student Government Association, a Sweetheart for Delta Rho Delta and member of the Callopian Society, an Executive Global Ambassador of the International Education Office, Spiritual Life, Business Club, Climate Collaborative and TriBeta. “The Career Center helped me through this process, and thanks to them, I can live my dream,” he said.
