Reginelle Anderson to continue education at Portland State University
Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.
Reginelle Anderson of Baton Rouge, La. will receive bachelor’s degrees in sociology and media and communication with minors in Spanish and women and gender studies.
Reginelle will graduate with the class of 2023. In addition to her studies in sociology and media & communication, Anderson is a member of SGA, Bonner Scholars, Calliopean Society, Campus Christian Fellowship, Multicultural Student Association, Sign Language Club, Greek life, and DEI&B. “The community aspect of Emory & Henry has allowed me to thrive inside and outside of the classroom because I know there are people rooting for me and pushing me to be my best self. Also, having the opportunity to take an array of classes has allowed me to learn more about my interests and explore them further,” Anderson said.
“I will be attending Portland State University in Oregon to obtain an MBA but I am currently seeking a job to utilize my current degrees as well,” Anderson said.
Anderson is a first-generation college graduate.
