Emily Lockhart, LCSW

Emily Lockhart joined the PRC counseling team in December, 2017 and became the Director of Academic Support and Disability Services in October, 2019.  A Virginia native, she is a proud alum of Emory & Henry College, where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and Public Policy & Community Service.  Emily went on to receive her Master’s in Social Work from Radford University in 2011.  Emily is now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working passionately in the field of mental health and support services for over 10 years.  Emily is experienced in providing support services to students and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.  Emily loves to advocate for others.  Emily works daily to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and affirms individual authenticity.
