Please let us know as soon as possible for event photography and video requests. Provide us with as much information as you can at least two weeks prior to the event (or more notice is preferred).
We will work diligently to find coverage for your event internally at no additional cost, however, there may be occasions where outside help is needed or we are not able to honor requests.
For live stream requests, we do not currently have the staffing to provide live streams for all events. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Good video requires good sound. For video requests, please arrange to have sound amplification for your event that we can tap into via XLR and test beforehand with technical staff assigned to the building location. We are not able to provide amplification or technical sound assistance for events through the Office of Marketing and Communications for performances or large group events requiring multiple microphone setups. If this cannot be arranged, we will be unable to provide a video recording of the event due to low-quality sound.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that your event will be able to be covered.
