Beth A Funkhouser
Beth Funkhouser currently serves as Clinical Education Coordinator and as an instructor at Emory & Henry College. In addition to her work with Emory & Henry’s Athletic Training Program, she formerly served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the E&H Athletic Department.
An active advocate for the profession, she is proud to have served two terms as the Secretary of the Virginia Athletic Trainers’ Association. Funkhouser is a 2002 graduate of E&H with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Physical Education and earned a Master of Education degree in Kinesiology-Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Athletic Training degree from AT Still University.
