Tracy Lauder leads Ampersand, a college-wide program that supports the E&H student experience—connecting passions to projects that create positive change in the world. Some of the things that keep Tracy busy:

• overseeing the work of the Ampersand Center where staff help students create a college experience that leads to a productive and fulfilling career.

• coordinating faculty development programming across various campus constituents.

• collaborating with the offices of Admissions, Institutional Advancement, and Marketing/Communications to promote the college’s academic programs and the work of its students and faculty to both internal and external audiences.

• overseeing events that support the student experience and showcase their work.

• teaching courses in the core curriculum, mass communication, and women’s & gender studies.

• advising students on interdisciplinary majors and connecting them to the faculty and programs that can help them reach their career goals.
