    • M.A.Ed. History Transcript Request Form *Students currently enrolled in Emory & Henry should formally request their transcripts be sent to the Office of Admissions.
  3. Three professional recommendations from individuals familiar with your work.

  4. Essay: prompt can be found on the application.

  5. Official GRE Scores. (not required for M.Ed. program)
